Daniel is a womenswear designer and multidisciplinary artist originally from Toronto, now residing in Paris, France. Daniel focuses on exploring everyday identities and domesticity through humour, sculpture, performance, film, and critical design work. Daniel holds a bachlor of design from Toronto Metropolitian University (2020), a graduate Diploma from Central Saint Martins (2021), and a Masters of Fashion Design and the Arts from Parsons Paris (2023).
With over 2 years of in-studio design experience, Daniel's experience includes Acne Studios, Koche, and Bradley Sharpe. Daniel is also an active fellow of The Suzanne Rogers Fashion Institute (SRFI) at The Creative School since 2022 --a fellowship program that aims to provide fashion designers with the support and empowerment to change the Canadian fashion landscape.
Daniel was selected as a finalist for International Talent Support (ITS) 2024 competition. They I will present their MFA Fashion Design & The Arts collection along side 15 other finalists, as well as also being one of five selected finalists by Swatch to compete in the ITS Artwork Award powered by Swatch Art Peace Hotel.
